Tiffany R. Wunderlin

Tiffany R. Wunderlin received her Bachelor of Science degree from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota in 2008.  She continued her education at the University of South Dakota School of Law, where she graduated with a Juris Doctor degree in 2011.  Awarded a position on the South Dakota Law Review, Tiffany authored a scholarly article on the ability of individuals to bring claims against health care insurer plans who wrongfully deny benefits.  Entitled, Hardt v. Reliance Standard Life Insurance Company: Breathing New Life Into Claimants’ Ability to Obtain Attorney’s Fees Under ERISA’s Civil Enforcement Provision, it was chosen for publication in the South Dakota Law Review’s 2011 Symposium Issue (56 S.D.L. Rev. 549 (2011)).

Tiffany began her legal career with Iowa Legal Aid where she represented clients who would have nowhere else to turn in cases involving their basic necessities, fundamental rights, and safety.  In 2010, Tiffany joined Laufenberg, Stombaugh, & Jassak, S.C. as a summer law clerk and accepted a position as an associate attorney following her graduation in 2011.

Tiffany is a member of the Wisconsin Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice.    Returning to her native Grant County, Tiffany is committed to using her passion and knowledge of the law to zealously represent her clients who have suffered injuries as a result of the carelessness of others.
